About Alma Health AI

Building the operational layer for healthcare plans and risk-bearing provider groups under value-based contracts.

Alma Health AI is a healthcare AI company headquartered in Miami Lakes, Florida. We build software that augments clinician decision-making at the operational moments where value-based-care economics succeed or fail.

Mission

AI surfaces. Clinicians decide.

Healthcare plans and risk-bearing provider groups under value-based contracts have a clinical decision-and-documentation problem. Memory-based referral routing produces decisions that nobody can defend later. Identification of high-risk patients doesn't translate to action without an operational layer for closed-loop accountability. Audit trails on clinical decisions are too often missing entirely.

We build software that addresses these specific operational gaps. Our products surface guideline-concordant recommendations, route patients into Care Management workflows, and produce immutable audit records on every recommendation — closed-loop accountability tied to source attribution and version control. Clinicians retain decision authority on every recommendation except the 39 hardcoded patient-safety escalations in our Referral Review Engine — and that boundary is non-negotiable by design.

We are not a care delivery organization. We are a software vendor whose products deploy within healthcare plans and risk-bearing provider groups managing population risk under value-based contracts — including Medicare Advantage plans, ACOs, and value-based-care platforms.

The discipline embedded throughout — claim hygiene, audience-aware framing, refusal to overclaim — is the most defensible competitive position available to a healthcare AI platform that intends to grow into rigorous regulatory and clinical environments.

Leadership

Operational and clinical leadership. Distinct roles.

Operational execution and clinical strategy lead together but separately — by design.
